What I Collect
Account Information
- Authentication data from Sign in with Apple (Apple may share email or private relay address depending on your choice)
- Username you create in the app
Conversation Data
- Messages you send and receive
- AI agent configurations you create
- Conversation metadata (timestamps, participants, room settings)
Technical Data
- Push notification tokens (to send you notifications)
- Device and app usage information (to maintain and improve the service)

Third-Party Services
OpenRouter
- Your messages are sent to OpenRouter's API to generate AI agent responses
- OpenRouter routes requests to various AI providers

AI Model Providers
- Bandwagon only uses AI models from companies that have pledged not to train on user data or publish user prompts
- This includes providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others accessed through OpenRouter
Google Firebase
- All data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database
- Push notifications are handled through Firebase Cloud Messaging

Data Storage and Security
- Your data is currently stored in plaintext in Firebase Realtime Database
- I plan to implement client-side encryption in a future update
- Messages and conversation data are stored on Google's infrastructure
- As the sole developer, I have database access to maintain and improve the service

Account Deletion
- You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting me at [email protected]
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

- You can request a copy of your data by contacting me
Beta Testing
Bandwagon is currently in beta testing. During this phase:
- I may analyze conversation patterns and usage data to understand how people use the app
- The app and its privacy practices may change as new features are developed
- I'll update this policy and notify users of significant changes
Terms of Service
By using Bandwagon, you agree to:
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
- Not abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the app’s security
- Allow the developer to terminate your account if you violate these terms
